Most bike tour operators require you to find a central meeting point — a square, a car park, a bike shop on the other side of town. On an unfamiliar city, that means map-checking, navigating public transport, and arriving already slightly frazzled before the tour has even started.
On our city tours we do it differently. Your guide comes to you. Bikes in hand, at your door, at the agreed time. You step outside and the tour begins.
For city tours we pick up anywhere in Oslo — a grand hotel on Karl Johans gate, a guesthouse in Grünerløkka, an apartment in Frogner or an Airbnb in Majorstuen. Just share your address when you enquire and we will be there. Our forest and gravel tours meet at Sognsvann instead — the end of metro line 5, 20 minutes from the centre and right at the edge of the Nordmarka — with hotel pickup available on request for NOK 699 per group.
Bike rental is available from NOK 349 per person — gravel bike or e-bike. Just mention it when you enquire.
A growing number of our guests stay in Airbnbs, serviced apartments or private rentals rather than traditional hotels. That works perfectly for us. Just include your full address and any relevant entry instructions in the booking form and your guide will find you without any fuss.
We always meet at street level outside your building — just share your address and your guide will be waiting outside at the agreed time.
Staying anywhere in Oslo? We know the city — just share your address.
Staying in a rental apartment or Airbnb? Just share your full address when you book — we come to your door.
Not on this list? No problem. We pick up anywhere in Oslo — east, west, north and south. Just tell us where you are.
Arriving by ship? We meet you near the cruise terminal and work around your schedule.
Oslo's main cruise terminal at Akershus is a short ride from the city centre. We can meet you there at your disembarkation time and build a tour around however long you have before all-aboard.
Tell us your ship's name, arrival time and all-aboard deadline when you enquire. We'll suggest a route that makes the most of your time — whether that's two hours on the waterfront and Vigeland Park, a longer fjord ride to Bygdøy, or a relaxed coffee stop through Grünerløkka.
Hotel pickup is included on our city tours, and available on request (NOK 699 per group) for forest and gravel tours, which meet at Sognsvann.

Your guide comes directly to your hotel at the agreed time, with no extra charge. Forest and gravel tours meet at Sognsvann, the end of metro line 5 (about 20 minutes from the centre), with hotel pickup available on request for NOK 699 per group.
Absolutely. We pick up from Airbnbs, serviced apartments, private addresses and any other accommodation in Oslo. Just share your address when you book and your guide will be waiting outside at the agreed time.
On city tours, no — hotel pickup is included in the tour price, with no hidden fees. Forest and gravel tours meet at Sognsvann (the end of metro line 5), and hotel pickup on those is available as an optional extra for NOK 699 per group.
We pick up from all hotels in Oslo. Well-known properties where we regularly collect guests include The Thief and Amerikalinjen (Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen), Grand Hotel and Hotel Continental (Karl Johans gate), Clarion Hotel The Hub (Sentrum), Sommerro (Frogner), and PS:Hotel and Citybox (Grünerløkka) — but this is nowhere near an exhaustive list. If your hotel is in Oslo, we will be there.
You choose the start time when you book. There are no fixed departure slots — tours run entirely by appointment so your guide arrives at whatever time suits your plans. Morning departures offer quieter streets; evening tours in summer benefit from Oslo's famously long golden hours.
Bikes are not included in the base tour price, but rental is straightforward. Gravel bikes and e-bikes are available from NOK 349 per person — just mention your preference when you enquire and we will make sure the right bikes are ready at your door.
Yes. We meet cruise guests near the Akershus terminal and build the tour around your ship's schedule. Share your vessel name, arrival time and all-aboard deadline when you enquire and we will plan a route that fits your time ashore. See the dedicated shore excursion page for full details.
Tours are private and guide availability is limited. Tell us where you're staying and your preferred date — we'll confirm within 24 hours.
