Every tour we run comes with one thing that most bike tour companies charge extra for or skip entirely: we come to you. Your guide arrives at your hotel lobby, Airbnb front door or apartment building at the agreed time — bikes in hand, ready to go.
There is no shuttle to catch, no meeting point to navigate on an unfamiliar map, and no waiting around with strangers. You step outside and your private tour begins immediately.
We pick up anywhere in Oslo. Whether you are staying at a grand hotel on Karl Johans gate, a boutique guesthouse in Grünerløkka, a rental apartment in Frogner or an Airbnb in Majorstuen — just share your address when you enquire and we will be there.
A growing number of our guests stay in Airbnbs, serviced apartments or private rentals rather than traditional hotels. That works perfectly for us. Just include your full address and any relevant entry instructions in the booking form and your guide will find you without any fuss.

We pick up from all hotels in Oslo. Well-known properties where we regularly collect guests include The Thief and Amerikalinjen (Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen), Grand Hotel and Hotel Continental (Karl Johans gate), Clarion Hotel The Hub (Sentrum), Sommerro (Frogner), and PS:Hotel and Citybox (Grünerløkka) — but this is nowhere near an exhaustive list. If your hotel is in Oslo, we will be there.
You choose the start time when you book. There are no fixed departure slots — tours run entirely by appointment so your guide arrives at whatever time suits your plans. Morning departures offer quieter streets; evening tours in summer benefit from Oslo's famously long golden hours.
No. Bikes are included in the tour price. Your guide arrives at your door with bikes for the whole group. Gravel bikes and e-bikes are available on request — just mention your preference when you enquire and we will make sure the right bikes are ready.
